Division mission progress

A Shinigami's duties include leading Pluses (ghosts) to Soul Society in a practice called Soul Burial (konsō), and the cleansing of Hollows (evil spirits).

If at any given moment, for reasons unknown a Division member were to come across obstacles above their level, while conducting their duties; this will be the place for them to ask for support from either Captain Fudo Hisa or Vice-Captain Izanagi.

Those Division members currently deployed on a mission will be required to inform the Captain and Vice-Captain of their progress thus far. Though the reports can be brief whilst the mission is ongoing, the results however must be extensive and demonstrate the key objectives had been reached. Any deviation from a set goal will not be tolerated, by either your Captain or Vice-Captain.
