Las Noches:

Números: The
Números (number holders) are the combat specialists of Las Noches they
are assigned a two digit number at birth from 11 to 99 to indicate
their age (Número 11 is the oldest, Número 99 is the youngest). The
fighting ability of the Números is thought to be superior to all other
Arrancar, except for the Espada. The strongest Números are chosen by
the Espada to become their Fracción.

Ranks yet to be determined

Fracción: The
Fracción (subordinate officers) are a subsection of the Números that
directly serve a specific Espada. The number of Fracción for any given
Espada varies; some Espada would seem to have just one, while other
Espada have at least a dozen. There are a few Espada that apparently
prefer to fight alone. This would make it difficult to keep track of
their ranks.

Exequias: The
Exequias (funerary attacking force) are Arrancar that form an execution
division of Las Noches They are responsiblefor dealing with rebels and
intruders in Las Noches usually terminating both hence their name. The
Espada, much like the Números seem to have a level of control over the
Exequias though how much control they have is uncertain.

Exequias Chambers- Chambers of the Exequias.
Torture room- Those unfortunate enough to be captured and taken to Las Noches will be held here.
Mission log sheet- A recording of Las Noches activity, also and Arrancar findings
after traveling outside of Las Noches.
Garganta
log sheet- A recording of Las Noches traveling, equivalent to Soul
Society Senkaimon request form except that all Arrancar do not need to
seek the permission of anyone to travel as they wish. They simply must
record their traveling.

Here's what we talked about...

There will be no Aizen, the 10 Espada will be the HM equivalent to CC46 but less orderly as each Espada will act independently though still under the say-so of the primera espada.

In regards to Hollow attacks and progression. We need a rough set of rules to follow.
1) any attack executed on the gotei 13 must undergo proper agreement on both sides
2) There will be districts in soul society open to hollow attack ranging from least to most difficulty regarding the chance of shinigami appearances and inhabi
tant fighting ability
3) Hollows must fill out a garganta request form for any travel outside of HM

hollows may go to real world easily as that is their hunting ground but should they go to SS and take the risk then they may progress though power levels much faster due to the higher spirit concentration...

progression of hollows
1 hollow = 3 regular souls

To become a Huge Hollow they need to consume 50 souls

To reach Menos Gillian level they require 300 souls, including at least 33 hollows( meaning 99 out of the 300 souls must come from consuming other hollows)

Well, what I'd like most is that I am involved with these discussions too in the future. I plan on going Hollow myself aswell so I'd appreciate that.

I just though this all up, and its under the thought that you can just kill NPC souls/hollows/shinigamis. otherwise the numbers would drastically decrease. There is also not yet anything for Arrancar, as I believe those don't grow anymore. Their just... there.

Would be sufficient in my opinion ((lol @ the hollow fighting a captain))

alright well personally I think a captain should be worth more, when you say a captain is worth 5 times a regular hollow it seems a little underestimated IMO

I dont think a vasto lorde should be equal to a capn either...
don't mean to be anal or any thing but isn't a vasto lorde supposed to be stronger than a typical capn?
I think i heard that theyre about twice the level of a typical capn...
