Division mission handouts

A mission seal passed down from the Central 46 Chambers to both Captain Fudo Hisa as well as Lieutenant Izanagi will be further more (depending on the threat level) be handed to capable members of this Division here.

Those members who are not busy at the moment may request a mission here as well. Members who are currently deployed on a mission need not apply.
