Senkaimon Request Form

In order to leave Soul Society to the Living World, it is necessary to apply to the Kidou Corps to open the Senkaimon.
This rule holds for each and every officer of the 13 Court Guard Squads without exception. Only Captains and Lieutenants are allowed to request the Senkaimon to be opened. Lower ranked officers, up to 10th seat, are allowed to apply, but have to

(1) carry a seal, demonstrating the approval of the mission of their respective Captain or Lieutenant or
(2) present a mission statement from Central 46.

Each officer, who requests the Senkaimon to be opened has to fill out the following form:

(*) In the field "Purpose" please fill in a short description of the mission, for which you need the Senkaimon to be opened.
(°) These fields are to be filled out only, if officers ranked 3rd seat or below (up to 10th seat), request the Senkaimon to be opened.
(~) These fields are to be filled out only, if officers ranked 3rd seat or below (up to 10th seat), request the Senkaimon to be opened and if they do not have the seal from their respective squad.


After you have posted your request, the Kidou Corps will look into it and inform you of their approval or denial.
